Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC in White Plains, MD is seeking a Plumber III to lead complex plumbing projects, provide technical expertise, and ensure compliance with plumbing codes. This leadership role requires deep knowledge of plumbing systems and strong problem-solving abilities.

You will supervise junior plumbers and coordinate with clients and contractors, estimating materials and labor while staying on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
State Plumbing license as required by state regulations.
4+ years of experience in plumbing with leadership responsibilities.
Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity, including installations and maintenance.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs.
Supervise and mentor junior plumbers, apprentices, and helpers.
Inspect systems and diagnose complex issues, developing effective solutions.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and teammates on requirements and timelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in codes and regulations.
