Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an experienced Plumber IV. You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, train junior staff, and ensure compliance with codes while working under general direction.

A Master Plumbing License and EPA certifications are required, with 6+ years of field experience. The role involves skilled pipe fitting, fixture installation, and capable problem solving, often involving on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with plumbing training and experience
• Master Plumbing License as required by regulations
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Knowledge of national/state/local plumbing codes and regulations
• Proficient with tools and equipment for plumbing installations

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Identifies potential problems to prevent premature breakdowns or callbacks.
• Repairs or installs plumbing systems and fixtures, tests for leaks, and ensures code compliance.
• Inspects systems to ascertain malfunctions and plans installation around obstructions.
• Directs helpers and ensures tools and company property are properly used and maintained.
• Maintains plumbing license and adheres to safety regulations.
