Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Master Plumber’s license with 8 years of experience in trade and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• SECRET security clearance at start and obtain within eight months of contract award.
