The role requires 4+ years of plumbing experience or a valid Journeyman/Master license in Davidson County. A valid driver's license, DOT drug test clearance, and strong attention to detail are essential perks of joining our team.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of plumbing experience or a valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Davidson County / Metro Nashville, TN.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, coordinate work crews, and mentor apprentices.
• Install, diagnose, and maintain plumbing systems ensuring compliance with safety and code standards.
• Identify safety issues and take corrective action to maintain a safe job site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans; follow supervisor directions.
• Prepare and complete required quality assurance documentation.
• Resolve on-site challenges with sound decision-making while maintaining quality/timelines.
