West Shore Home in Nashville, TN is seeking a skilled Master Plumber. You will work with the Installation Manager and team to keep projects running smoothly, ensuring quality and safety while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

The role requires an active Tennessee Master Plumber License, valid driver’s license, and ability to log into company systems with two-factor authentication. Schedule is Monday–Friday, starting at 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LLP Master Plumber License in good standing for designated territory.
• Desire to develop skills of team members and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail in all work.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Use plumbing license to secure permits, coordinate inspections, and meet local requirements.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and support service calls.
• Conduct job site inspections and scoping to maintain quality, safety, and installation standards.
• Serve as branch plumbing expert, providing guidance, training, and support to Installation Managers and teams.
• Stay current on plumbing codes, products, and techniques while promoting safe work practices.
