Kimbel Mechanical Systems, LLC is seeking a Licensed Plumber to independently install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing systems in accordance with codes and project plans. You will lead apprentice plumbers and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Ideal candidates hold a State Board of Plumbing license, a valid DL, and a strong eye for detail, teamwork, and problem solving. This full-time role offers year-round work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current residential or journeyman plumber license issued by the State Board of Plumbing.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and support others effectively.
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, coordinate team activities, and ensure smooth project completion.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot plumbing systems while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes and plans.
• Identify potential safety risks on the job site and take proactive steps to address them.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; follow project directions and complete necessary documentation for quality control.
• Make effective on-site decisions to solve problems quickly while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
