Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a licensed plumber with field leadership.
• Louisiana Master or Journeyman Plumbing License required (Master preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications for construction/remodel projects.
• Experience preparing complex estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency with electronic estimating tools; able to build and finalize estimates digitally in Service Titan or similar software.
• Experience training, supervising, or mentoring other plumbers.
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management software.
• Working knowledge of Louisiana State Plumbing Code and local permitting requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background check.
