Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between PLM systems and enterprise applications. You will build scalable solutions enabling data exchange across the product lifecycle and support digital thread initiatives.

The role requires strong programming skills, PLM platform experience, and ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex integration projects, with remote/work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in application development and integration.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience may apply.
• 6+ years of experience in application development and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill).
• Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; optimize performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineering teams; participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with PLM, integration frameworks, and digital manufacturing trends.
