Job summary

Orangepeople is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a full-cycle Lectra PLM implementation for a fast-growing apparel and retail organization in Beverly Hills. You will drive program governance, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of a modern PLM platform.

• Strong background in gathering and interpreting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM implementation ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with system integrator and internal teams to align goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules using Smartsheet.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings for cross-department alignment.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks to keep timelines.
• Oversee testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Partner with Change Management to promote adoption.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
