Job summary

OP in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a full-cycle Lectra PLM implementation for a fast-growing apparel and retail organization. You will drive program governance, lead cross-functional execution across Architecture, Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Sourcing and IT, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of a modern PLM platform.

This role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and close partnership with a system integrator; you’ll use

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of PLM, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with the system integrator and internal teams to align project goals and execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using Smartsheet.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive engagement and alignment across departments.
• Identify and proactively address risks, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee testing activities to validate system functionality and performance.
• Partner with Change Management teams from the business to promote adoption and minimize disruption.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to executive leadership.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
