Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced PLM Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise PLM platforms, with deep expertise in PTC Windchill and/or Siemens Teamcenter.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of PLM platform architecture, administration, upgrades, integrations, cloud deployment, performance optimization, and enterprise system support.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience administering and supporting enterprise PLM platforms, including Windchill or Teamcenter.
Experience with PLM upgrades, migrations, patching, system administration, and optimization.
Knowledge of PLM architecture, servers, databases, and integrations with ERP/CAD systems.
Experience implementing HA/DR, backups, and performance tuning.
Automation experience using Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar.

Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, administer, and optimize Windchill and/or Teamcenter environments.
Lead PLM platform upgrades, migrations, patching, and environment refreshes.
Manage application servers, web servers, databases, and CAD integrations for high availability.
Develop automation and scripting solutions to support PLM operations.
Collaborate with ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and manufacturing systems integrations.
Monitor health, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement optimizations.
Administer security, authentication, and access control per governance policies.
Lead technical reviews and mentor junior staff and consultants.
