Job summary

Centric Software, Inc. is seeking a Business Consultant to translate complex customer needs into actionable Centric PLM configurations. You will lead blueprinting workshops, configure the PLM system, and support testing to ensure the deployed solution meets requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong functional mastery of Centric PLM and ability to configure the system independently.
• Proven ability to lead structured client workshops and capture requirements.
• Experience mapping business processes to PLM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business blueprinting workshops and document functional designs.
• Perform hands-on PLM configuration according to approved user stories.
• Support SIT/UAT with critical functional guidance and issue resolution.
• Participate in design peer reviews and provide constructive feedback on configurations.
• Log and manage defects and escalate complex requirements as needed.
