Job summary

Lyntris, a defense technology company, is seeking a Product Support Specialist to coordinate Configuration Management for DoD enterprise PLM systems. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and a track record in large-scale system implementations.

You will manage schedules, ensure baselines, and maintain accurate documentation, working in a hybrid/remote environment with 2+ years of CM experience.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Configuration Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Confluence/SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow Configuration Management Plans and Implementation Strategy.
• Follow baseline control processes and define release readiness criteria.
• Perform Configuration Management activities ensuring baselines and documentation remain current and accurate.
• Coordinate configuration change implementation among engineering, logistics, supply, and program management stakeholders.
