Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced PLM Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms, with deep expertise in PTC Windchill and/or Siemens Teamcenter.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of PLM platform architecture, administration, upgrades, integrations, cloud deployment, performance optimization, and enterprise system support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
10+ years of professional experience administering and supporting enterprise PLM platforms, incl. Windchill/Teamcenter.
Experience with PLM upgrades, migrations, patching, and optimization.
Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle), CAD tools, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, administer, and optimize Windchill and/or Teamcenter environments.
Lead PLM upgrades, migrations, patching, and modernization initiatives with minimal disruption.
Manage servers, databases, and CAD integrations for high availability and performance.
Develop HA/DR, backup, and business-continuity strategies for PLM platforms.
Develop automation using Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar tools.
Support integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and manufacturing systems.
Monitor health, troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and improve performance long-term.
Administer security and access control per governance policies.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, DevOps, and IT to deliver scalable PLM solutions.
Create documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and upgrade guides.
Lead technical reviews and mentor junior staff.
