Job summary

A global control systems integrator is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead to oversee service delivery for Energy clients in the DC Metro area. This role involves technical leadership, project management, and team mentoring, requiring expertise in PLC and SCADA systems. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional growth and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of control systems engineering experience, including design, programming, and commissioning.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 engineers supporting Energy automation and service projects.
• Oversee design, programming, and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects balancing field work and team oversight.

PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley preferred)

SCADA system experience (AVEVA, Ignition)
