Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. seeks a dynamic technical leader to join its datacenter CPU and AI post-silicon validation team in Austin, TX. You will drive feature enablement and validation acrossServer and AI products, leveraging AI/ML to boost debug efficiency and test automation.

You will develop validation content for IO domains, collaborate across teams for root-cause analysis, and help build the post-silicon infra. Strong C/C++, Python skills and hands-on measurement tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hardware validation experience in CPU/SoC domains.
• Experience with post-silicon validation and system-level test plans.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving across complex silicon bring-up.
• Knowledge of IO interfaces PCIe, CXL, and RAS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute feature enablement and validation plans for SoC features across AMD Server and AI products.
• Apply AI/ML to improve post-silicon validation, debugging, and test automation.
• Create test content for focus and system-level IO domain and cross-product tests.
• Validate and debug Networking/IFoE/IB/UAL/Scale up/Scale out domains.
• Build post-silicon validation infrastructure (software, hardware, lab setup).
• Collaborate with partners to provide root-cause analysis for platform issues.
