You will translate market needs into product requirements, lead cross-functional investigations, and drive architectural decisions across hardware and software domains.

The role requires deep embedded software and systems experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new technologies rapidly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE or related engineering discipline is required.
• Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded systems, wireless products, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Understand emerging market trends, customer requirements, and future product opportunities with stakeholders.
• Translate use cases into clear product, system, and architectural requirements.
• Lead technical feasibility studies and identify risks early in planning.
• Drive cross-functional investigations and align diverse teams to decisions.
• Contribute to product requirement documents, architecture proposals, and competitive analyses.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure feasible, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Present technical recommendations and product direction to leadership and strategic customers.
