Job summary

Arini is building a platform to run all healthcare operations, starting with dental enterprises. We seek a role that analyzes, designs, and optimizes complex systems supporting the enterprise healthcare platform.

This position emphasizes reliability, scalability, and workflow automation, with in-person work required at our SF-area offices. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 3 years of experience in computer-systems occupations.

The Role

Analyze, design, and optimize complex computer systems supporting Arini AI’s enterprise healthcare platform. Evaluate system requirements, data flows, and operational processes to improve scalability, reliability, and workflow automation for dental and healthcare organizations. Develop system architectures, technical specifications, and performance models supporting patient communications, scheduling, insurance verification, and enterprise operations. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to implement, test, and validate system solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support large-scale healthcare workflows. In person required.

Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a computer-systems related occupation.

Any amount of experience in the additional requirements below will be acceptable unless a specific amount is noted. Prior academic background or work experience to include the following skills:

1. Computer systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical specification development;




2. System architecture design, including distributed, cloud-based, and multi-tenant software systems;




3. Database design, data modeling, and SQL-based data analysis;




4. Business process modeling, workflow automation, and system integration design;




5. Cloud computing platforms and infrastructure services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); and,




6. System performance evaluation, capacity planning, and reliability analysis for enterprise software applications.
