Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking a Platform Product Owner in Belgium to define the vision for a next-generation mobile platform and translate business strategy into a clear roadmap. You will own the backlog, set KPIs, and ensure alignment with architecture and security teams, driving adoption across internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, English plus French or Dutch, and the option to freelance or be employed by HumanInTech. Full-time in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Platform Product Owner.
• Strong experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with digital platforms, APIs, or integration ecosystems.
• Experience with architects, engineering teams, and security/DPO stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform product vision and strategy.
• Translate business strategy into a clear roadmap.
• Identify and prioritise platform capabilities for integrations and business use cases.
• Own and refine the product backlog.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and security teams.
• Drive adoption and usage of the platform across teams.
• Gather requirements from platform consumers and communicate progress to leadership.
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, usage, and performance, ensuring MVP value.
