Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering software products, SaaS products, or digital solutions.
• Experience delivering software products from concept through launch and customer adoption.
• Experience managing mature products and driving growth, modernization, or lifecycle strategy.
• Experience working closely with software engineering, UX, and Agile delivery teams.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams around shared objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with use of customer insights, market signals, product data, and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define platform product strategies enabling multiple product lines and business units.
• Identify opportunities to create shared capabilities, APIs, data models, and user experiences to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery.
• Translate platform strategy into roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and adoption plans for internal product teams.
