Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of NodeZero Tripwires, turning attacker perspectives into high‑fidelity defensive capabilities. You will own the vision, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution across engineering, design, sales, and success teams.

You will partner with SOC and IR stakeholders to ensure detection fidelity, deployment coverage, and seamless integrations with SIEM/SOAR, dashboards, and workflows that drive measurable business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, security, or platform products.
• Deep cybersecurity domain knowledge including threat detection, SOC workflows, SIEM/SOAR, and incident response.
• Strong product judgment balancing technical constraints, urgency, and market timing.
• Experience turning attacker behavior and telemetry into differentiated product value.
• Ability to guide engineers and designers to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication to align executives and cross-functional teams.
• Operates with strategic and tactical execution, including launches.
• Data-driven decisions using product analytics and metrics.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for NodeZero Tripwires, rooted in attacker behavior and deception.
• Own the roadmap across Tripwires and related workflows; prioritize reliability and deployment coverage.
• Extend offensive validation into continuous detection and response with automated tripwire placement.
• Maintain high-accuracy alerts with low false positives and strong contextual usefulness.
• Define deployment strategies across assets and NodeZero workflows (internal, external, cloud, phishing).
• Deliver seamless SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, webhook integrations for SOC ops.
• Own dashboards and analyst experience with actionable insights.
• Engage customers to identify market opportunities and monetization paths.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and adoption.
• Define KPIs and monitor activation, coverage, retention, and revenue contribution.
