Progress Residential is seeking a Senior Platform Optimization Analyst on-site in Tempe, AZ. The role blends data analysis, workflow design, and process improvement to design, measure, and optimize data-informed service and property-turn workflows for a single-family rental operator.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of analytical experience, strong SQL, Python, and experience with Looker/Tableau/Power BI, Palantir Foundry, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience in data-driven roles.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to solve complex data problems.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining metrics, validating data, and delivering reliable outputs.

Responsabilités

• Use analytical tools to investigate operational questions and diagnose performance issues.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, metrics, and visualizations.
• Examine end-to-end workflows to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business and technical teams to design scalable solutions and measure impact.
• Present findings through concise commentary, visualizations, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
• Assess where AI or automation can improve workflows and communicate tradeoffs.
