The role emphasizes proactive risk assessment, development of detection methods, and detailed reviews to support legal obligations. Onsite work in Bastrop, TX is required; travel up to 15% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, ArcGIS, or R.
• 4+ years of experience investigating illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Develop technical detection and mitigation strategies.
• React to investigate potential issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and deepen our relationships with them.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Execute with consideration for customer privacy while targeting activities of indisputable harm.
