Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a senior engineer to lead the evolution of our infrastructure architecture and AI-driven workflows, ensuring secure, compliant systems for mission software. You will mentor teams, own complex tasks, and partner with infrastructure owners to improve performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, managing an internal marketplace for agentic AI, and deploying large AWS infrastructure with Terraform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a technical field.

• Experience leading complex technical initiatives with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Design complex systems and architecture improvements to support mission goals.
• Lead the development of agentic AI workflows and internal marketplace.
