Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for the workforce to use
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of AI tools
• Modify Free and Open-Source Software to fit customer use cases
• Engage with customers to elicit requirements and develop solutions
• Maintain existing customer-facing infrastructure and applications
• Act as technical lead for AI Tools and Applications initiatives
• Provide coaching and feedback to assigned team members
• Serve as POC for contract administration functions
• Navigate ambiguity to define solutions for complex systems
• Establish technical policies, standards, and governance where gaps exist
• Drive adoption of new technologies across engineering teams
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services
• Communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
