Job summary

Solace Health is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help build and scale our cloud infrastructure powering the future of healthcare. You will enable product and data engineers to deploy daily, design autonomous recovery, and own high-availability systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, deep troubleshooting, and ownership mindset. Remote work is supported for qualified US-based candidates with a focus on cloud-native platforms and observability

Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure for hosting web applications or data workloads.
• Deep troubleshooting across architecture and runtime layers.
• Fluent on the command line and comfortable with Linux.
• Strong communication skills.
• Cloud infrastructure with GCP, AWS, or Azure; GCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help build out our cloud infrastructure and application platform.
• Assess risk and impact for changes to our live environment.
• Join our on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot problems from complex interactions of technology, governance, and people.
• Design and build autonomous self-healing processes in our systems.
• Be a resource for product and data engineers in your areas of expertise.
