Job summary

Clarity Innovations seeks a senior Platform/DevOps engineer to manage a Kubernetes-based platform enabling secure cyber operations for USCYBERCOM. You will deploy, scale, and secure multi-environment workloads, including on-prem, cloud, and air-gapped networks.

Required are 5+ years in platform/DevOps, Kubernetes production experience, and US citizenship with TS/SCI eligibility. Expect a results-driven, security-focused team and an opportunity to impact national security missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering; principal level requires more.
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and operate Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Configure and deploy baseline platform services via GitOps.
• Support CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines used by application and data teams.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform services.
• Ensure platform security, availability, and performance.
• Collaborate with security teams to support RMF and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues across distributed environments.
