• IBM BPM/ODM experience.
• WebSphere experience.
• Scripting skills: Bash, Ksh, Perl, Python.
• OS knowledge: Linux/Windows.
• File transfer components & protocols.
• SVN, Git, Bitbucket.
• Kubernetes, OpenShift experience.
• TeamCity/Jenkins experience.
• Distributed DB2 LUW.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex platforms including private/public cloud and middleware like BPM/ODM/Process Federation Server.
• Support large tech projects and runtime hygiene activities.
• Collaborate with dev teams to containerize apps and ensure OpenShift/Kubernetes scalability, performance, and security.
• Define standards and integrate CI/CD pipelines using UrbanCode Deploy, Harness, Jenkins, Artifactory, HashiCorp tools.
• Monitor platform health and resolve deployment, scaling, and network issues.
• Deeply understand Kubernetes core concepts: pods, deployments, services, ingress, scaling.
• Ensure security best practices in OpenShift with RBAC and image scanning.
• Use Jenkins/TeamCity/GitHub/Ansible for deployments.
• Lead platform enhancements via automation (Python, JavaScript).
• Guide dev teams on Kubernetes best practices.
• Resolve production incidents and provide on-call support.
• Coordinate with teams, vendors, and business as needed.
• Support release deployments and data quality/governance objectives.
