WHOOP is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their Application Infrastructure team in Boston, MA. The role involves driving large-scale architecture projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the scalability, resiliency, and security of their systems. Qualified candidates will have over 5 years of experience in DevOps, a deep understanding of Kubernetes, and a strong cloud engineering background.

In addition, this position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $215,000, plus benefits and an equity package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture.
• Experience operating cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate Kubernetes clusters on AWS.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability and security.
• Build tooling to increase deployment safety.
• Mentor engineers on the Application Infrastructure team.
