Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for DGX Cloud in Seattle. You’ll lead a small team to design software that manages a fleet of Kubernetes clusters for GPUs and DPUs, contributing to the core Cloud Native stack and orchestrating production-grade workflows.

The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and security across distributed systems, with extensive experience in Go/C, Kubernetes, and Linux kernel internals. Eligible for equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
15+ years of proven work experience in large scale environments.
Expert-level knowledge in systems programming languages (Go, C).
Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container technology.
Experience with Unix/Linux kernel internals and automation.
Proven ability to set up, maintain, and automate CI/CD systems.
Strong background in cloud computing and distributed software design.
Understanding of performance, security, and reliability in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Be part of a small, dynamic team building and maintaining GPU/DPU cluster management software.
Design and develop software to manage a fleet of Kubernetes clusters for GPUs/DPUs.
Contribute to Cloud Native tech on the NVIDIA Kubernetes stack.
Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering teams for integration and delivery.
Automate build, test, integration, and release processes for cloud-native apps.
Multitask across projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
