Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for DGX Cloud to lead the Kubernetes fleet, build cloud-native tooling for GPU/DPU management, and scale the platform for AI workloads.

You will collaborate across teams to automate deployment, testing, and release processes, focusing on performance, security, and reliability in a distributed system.

Base salary range is 272,000 USD to 431,250 USD with equity and benefits; applications accepted until August 11, 2026.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in large-scale environments.
• Expert-level knowledge in Go and C with solid DS/AL.
• Strong Kubernetes and container technology knowledge.
• Linux kernel internals expertise (Unix/Linux).
• Automation experience with modern infra tooling.
• Experience setting up and automating CD systems.
• Cloud computing and distributed software design experience.
• Focus on performance, security, and reliability in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software to manage a fleet of Kubernetes clusters for GPUs/DPUs.
• Build software for GPU/DPU accelerated apps deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate across NVIDIA teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Automate build, test, integration, and release processes.
• Handle multiple projects with evolving priorities.
