Job summary

emnify’s Platform team is seeking an experienced engineer to design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based solutions and AWS infrastructure that enable development efficiency and reliability. You will lead CI/CD improvements and guide teams on best-practices for secure, scalable deployments across Kubernetes and AWS-managed services.

You will collaborate with security and product teams, driving continuous infrastructure enhancements while supporting day-to-day operations and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and managing Kubernetes solutions and AWS infrastructure.
• CKA certification is required; CKS certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain technical topics to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based solutions and AWS infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Improve CI/CD systems and enable safe deployment of applications on AWS and Kubernetes managed services.
• Collaborate with the security team to enhance cloud security posture and best practices.
• Support engineering teams and provide guidance on infrastructure improvements and tooling.
