Rippling is hiring for the HR Product Team in San Francisco. You will drive the design, implementation, and evolution of core platform infrastructure and shared services to empower product teams.

You’ll lead critical projects to scale capabilities and work closely with engineers to evolve existing products and bring new ones to market. We value experience at scale, strong communication with product and design, and the ability to solve hard technical problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hand-on experience building core product infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Experience operating at scale in complex organizations.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-engineers across product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, implementation, and evolution of core platform infrastructure and shared services.
• Lead mission-critical projects to build and scale core platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers across the organization to adapt components to evolve products.
