Job summary

Skyflow is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and run scalable, multi‑tenant infrastructure for a security‑sensitive B2B cloud product used by enterprises worldwide. You will write Go and Python to automate provisioning, upgrades, and self‑service tooling, while owning incident response and post‑mortem analyses.

You will lead engineering efforts to evolve a robust Infra‑as‑Code stack (Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, GitOps).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles with ownership of production cloud infra.
• Strong software engineering skills in Go and/or Python; treat infra automation as software.
• Deep hands‑on Kubernetes production experience (scheduling, networking, autoscaling, upgrades).
• Public cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, or Azure); multi-cloud beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation to provision and manage cloud infra end‑to‑end across AWS and GCP; multi‑tenant and BYOC deployments.
• Write production‑grade Go and Python services and CLIs to enable self‑service platform capabilities.
• Own and evolve the Infrastructure‑as‑Code stack (Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, GitOps/ArgoCD) and drive fleet migrations.
• Operate and scale core platform services (Kubernetes clusters, Istio, data stores, Kafka, GPU workloads).
• Improve observability and alerting to catch failures before customers notice; drive permanent fixes.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and lead root‑cause analyses; partner with security/compliance to build guardrails.
