You will build and operate the observability stack and reproduce production conditions on developer machines, enabling faster, more reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and clean abstractions.
• Production experience with Go or strong systems programming.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, and Kubernetes in production.
• Familiarity with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to own complex projects end‑to‑end.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines used by every team.
• Maintain observability and monitoring tooling for production systems.
• Develop local development tooling to reproduce production conditions.
• Reduce friction for teams by addressing root causes in infrastructure.
• Debug cross‑cutting issues across CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud infra.
