Job summary

KOS International is partnering with a leading global fintech to hire a Senior/Staff Developer Platform Engineer for its U.S. engineering team.

You will build the Financial Cloud developer platform, enabling 50-100 versioned modules to be independently built, tested, and deployed across global sites. You will work with the Platform Architect to turn architecture blueprints into production systems used by hundreds of engineers daily, owning CI/CD, GitOps automation, artifact management, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend/platform/infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Go (or Java/Kotlin) background with scripting in Python.
• Hands-on in CI/CD pipeline development across major tools.
• Experience with GitOps at scale and Kubernetes ecosystems.
• Familiarity with artifact registries and dependency graphs.

Responsibilities

• Build module-level CI/CD pipelines from commit to versioned artifact.
• Implement build provenance, attestation, and signing in CI.
• Develop the dependency graph database and queries.
• Create change impact analysis tooling for PRs and tests.
• Implement GitOps deployment engine with ArgoCD/Flux and canaries.
• Develop site provisioning tooling and version management consoles.
• Implement automated security patch pipelines across repos.
• Build a four-layer test orchestrator with parallel execution.
