Job summary

You will enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery by developing Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code foundations, building CI/CD pipelines, and driving automation and observability across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and operating cloud DevOps platforms.
• Proven track record with Backstage.dev or internal developer portals.
• Terraform IaC for automated provisioning across AWS/GCP.
• Crossplane.io for multi-cloud resource management.
• CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitLab CI/CD).
• Artifactory for artifact management in CI/CD.
• Observability tooling with Datadog; incident and performance monitoring.
• SRE fundamentals: SLOs, error budgets, reliability focus.
• Strong Python/Go/JavaScript scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run cloud platform and DevOps capabilities across AWS/GCP.
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate provisioning with IaC and Crossplane to abstract cloud complexity.
• Create Backstage plugins and templates to improve developer self-service.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and incident response practices.
