Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale DevSecOps for a mission-critical cloud-based force protection system with a Digital Twin. You will partner with RF hardware engineers and system designers to deliver a high-performance, secure RF platform.

The role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, and security hardening, provisioning OpenShift/Kubernetes across cloud, data center, and edge environments, and collaborating across teams to meet demanding requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• BS/BA plus 5 years or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on with OpenShift, AWS, GCP, or Rancher.
• Expert Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience operating production Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift/Rancher).
• Docker/Podman experience and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IaC using Terraform or similar technology.
• Build, optimize, and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or Jenkins).
• Configure and tune groups, application gateways, and protective cloud controls.
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and database services across cloud environments with security/compliance.
• Collaborate to integrate testing into pipelines and enforce security best practices.
• Provision OpenShift/Kubernetes environments across multiple security domains.
• Collaborate with teams to understand integration requirements and scale platforms.
