Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Platform Engineer / DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and operate an AWS-based cloud platform for a large-scale modernization program in Tysons, VA. You will enable secure, repeatable software delivery through CI/CD, IaC, and automation while collaborating with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on AWS experience, strong automation skills, and a focus on secure, observable platforms that support multiple Scrum teams and vendor partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, automate, and operate AWS cloud platform capabilities.
• Implement CI/CD, IaC, security controls, and observability.
