Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Databricks experience.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Terraform and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Strong knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark and lakehouse concepts.
• Experience with MLflow, MLOps or AI platform technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance the enterprise Databricks platform.
• Develop platform architectures, engineering standards, and reusable designs.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create templates, accelerators, and deployment patterns for self-service adoption.
• Optimize scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with EA, Cloud Eng, Data Eng, PM, and Data Science teams.
• Support platform services including MLflow, Model Registry, Feature Store, Vector Search.
• Evaluate Databricks features and cloud technologies via assessments/POCs.
• Recommend platform enhancements and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to enterprise platform standards and strategic roadmaps.
