Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 - 12 years of experience in platform/full stack engineering, building RL environments or ML infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the core platform using the latest technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform.
• Optimize and improve the performance and scalability of the platform.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies to enhance the platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Experience at a Pre-seed-Series B startup OR former founder.
• Experience as a platform, full stack, or backend software engineer in fast moving and high growth companies.
• Big tech experience before going to a startup.
