Job summary

Munich Re is seeking an engineer to design, build, and operate a secure internal platform for running business applications and ML workloads at scale in New York. You will develop self-service provisioning, workload deployment, and lifecycle management through standardized APIs and automation.

You will design reusable platform primitives, maintain IaC pipelines, and implement secure, compliant SDLC practices while collaborating with application teams to improve developer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating platform services using IaC with modular, reusable approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a secure internal platform for business apps and ML workloads.
• Implement platform observability with monitoring, logging, tracing, and SLOs.
