Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions in Herndon, VA is seeking Platform Engineers to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security of mission-critical applications.

You will work with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and DevSecOps tools within a team focused on building platform services that enable rapid, secure deployments.

This is a full-time hybrid role requiring US citizenship and an active DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years cloud experience in AWS/GCP/Azure with DoD-related work preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with Terraform IaC and DISA/STIG baseline configuration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes platform services on cloud-native architecture.
• Integrate platform with enterprise services to meet security requirements.
• Implement secure automation, monitoring, and IaC practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments (GitLab, ArgoCD, FluxCD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to adopt best practices.
