Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior backend/platform engineer to own the tooling and services powering our CI/CD pipelines and deployment APIs. You will lead stabilization, define multi‑quarter roadmaps, and prototype high‑leverage components in Go and TypeScript/Node.

You will shape Agentic AI usage, MCP patterns, and Temporal workflows while mentoring senior engineers and guiding cross‑team collaboration across CI/CD, DevOps, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in backend, platform, or infra engineering with leadership.
• Architect tooling/services used by many teams; API design and backward compatibility.
• Strong in delivery/GitOps tooling: ArgoCD, Helm, and deployment tooling.
• Proficient in Go or TypeScript/JavaScript, with the other language strong.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Run, AWS/GCP.
• Hands-on with Agentic AI, MCP, and A2A patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own tooling and services powering CI/CD pipelines and deployment APIs.
• Lead stabilization and evolution of mission-critical systems.
• Set technical direction across delivery tooling and the Go automation platform.
• Stay hands-on building components in Go and TypeScript/Node.
• Shape use of Agentic AI, MCP, and Temporal for automation.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and influence partner teams.
