Reyes Holdings is seeking a technical lead engineer to drive enterprise workflow platforms, modernize runbooks, and align roadmaps with IT strategy. You will collaborate with leadership, manage stakeholders, and champion automation initiatives across business units.

The role requires hands-on development with SQL and multiple programming languages, plus experience with workflow tools and DevOps practices. This position is on-site in Rosemont, IL and offers comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or related discipline with 4–6 years managing or architecting enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, scripting and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Hands-on developer experience with SQL, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise workflow platform initiatives and runbook modernization.
• Collaborate to develop a multi-year platform roadmap aligned to IT strategy.
• Manage stakeholders and identify opportunities for automation and enhancements.
• Establish governance and standards for coding and engineering practices.
• Stay current with platform releases and industry trends to guide evolution.
• Oversee day-to-day platform operations including health, performance, and patching.
• Review configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet requirements.
• Support other projects or duties as assigned.
