EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to operate and scale Kubernetes platforms across multiple cloud providers. You will design GPU-focused HPC infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable multi-cloud infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications include 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, expert Kubernetes, and strong Python with Go/Rust/C++ as pluses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, or high-performance computing environments.
• Expert-level Kubernetes experience at meaningful scale with cluster operations, scheduling, and upgrades.
• Advanced Python with production-grade tooling; Go/Rust/C++ a plus.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code in daily workflows.
• Working knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, EFS, FSx for Lustre).
• Strong site reliability engineering background with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale Kubernetes platforms (EKS, GKE, and others) including lifecycle management and networking policies.
• Manage HPC infrastructure via CI/CD across AWS, CoreWeave, GCP, OCI, and other clouds.
• Design and maintain job scheduling to allocate GPU compute across training/inference workloads.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and build monitoring and incident-review processes.
• Develop production-grade tooling to support multi-cloud infra operations at scale.
• Collaborate with Networking, Storage, Security, and AI/ML teams for cross-functional delivery.
