Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced infrastructure engineer to operate and scale Kubernetes platforms across multiple cloud providers, powering GPU-intensive workloads at scale.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response while collaborating with Networking, Storage, Security, and AI/ML teams to deliver reliable multi-cloud infrastructure solutions. A strong SRE mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, or HPC environments.
• Expert-level Kubernetes experience at scale with cluster management and upgrades.
• Advanced Python skills; Go/Rust/C++ are a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale Kubernetes platforms across cloud providers (EKS, GKE, etc.).
• Provision and manage HPC infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines across AWS, GCP, OCI, and more.
• Design and maintain GPU scheduling systems for training and inference workloads.
• Define SLIs/SLOs, build monitoring/alerting, and participate in incident response.
