Job summary

ShopMy is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the agent orchestration platform that powers our AI agents across Slack, Linear, GitHub, and ShopMy products. You will own the trigger layer, multi-step workflows, human-in-the-loop approvals, agent memory, and per-run cost attribution.

You’ll work with agent managers, design scalable, model-agnostic abstractions, and contribute to a platform that makes new agents cheap to launch. This is a high-impact role in a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building internal platforms, frameworks, or developer tooling.
• Experience deploying and operating production services on AWS (containers, ECS, ALB, CloudWatch).

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the orchestration core: a declarative trigger system and durable workflows.
• Build the tool layer and APIs to empower agents and workflows.
• Deploy and operate the platform on AWS and maintain cost attribution.
