Job summary

TekServs Cons LLC is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our AI platform and agent orchestration initiative. You will build backend services, frontend interfaces, and integration pipelines that empower pilot delivery and automation across projects.

The role emphasizes cloud-native design, scalable UI components, and collaboration with AI engineers to advance memory, retrieval, and workflow state features. In-person interview preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack engineering delivering enterprise apps.
• Proficient in Python API development and service integration.
• Experience building scalable frontend applications and reusable UI components.
• Hands-on with Agile delivery, automated testing, CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with AI agent orchestration and workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-native services, APIs, dashboards, and agent management capabilities.
• Build and enhance AI skills, tools, agents, and orchestration flows for planning, design, coding, review, testing, and release workflows.
• Integrate LLM services with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and internal knowledge sources.
• Implement memory, retrieval, artifact management, audit trail, and workflow state capabilities in collaboration with the Technical Lead and AI Engineer.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with automated testing and CI/CD best practices.
• Troubleshoot agent execution issues, API failures, integration defects, and performance concerns.
• Support pilot implementation, end-to-end scenario validation, demo preparation, telemetry capture, and backlog refinement.
