Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform, DevOps or software engineering roles.
• Proven ability to ship changes in production with development teams.
• Strong Python or TypeScript software development skills.

• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience building observability with Grafana stack.
• Passion for developer experience, automation and high-scale systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking and security fundamentals.
• Curiosity about AI and cybersecurity intersections.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure infrastructure for our AI-native platform.
• Own AWS region expansion and ensure high availability with DR strategies.
• Develop tooling and automation to improve reliability and developer experience.
• Collaborate with AI and backend engineers on deployment, CI/CD and observability.
• Lead infrastructure-as-code and container orchestration initiatives to reduce toil and speed shipping.
